I'm too pessimistic to really believe in a tech utopia or any kind of 'society wide' transhumanism that retains bodily autonomy/consent an dignity.

I just absolutely can't see it happening not in reality at least, and maybe it's a failure of my imagination, but I can't.

I feel like somebody could invent a literal magical cornucopia that grants every material wish including infinite copies of itself, and some corporation would still make people pay for the privilege of using it even if they don't get anything out of it really other than heirarchy

Like I can completely see a bunch of people going "Why should they use their literal infinite wish machine to grant you your own infinite wish machine that you could then exponentially make more of? Are you just too lazy to work for them?"

If I had a huge online reach, I guarantee you that people would reach Tweet 2 of this thread and had already stopped to make Tweet 3 of this thread as a reply.
