It's insane. These two are only a year apart; Samsonova is just getting started, and Konjuh is on, like, her 3rd or 4th comeback, interrupted by the pandemic. (currently at No. 634)
But it's the "new kid" is wrapped on shoulder, wrist, knee and quad.
Before her 15th birthday, Konjuh won the Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl 18s back to back.
Right after her 15th birthday, she won the Oz juniors (beating Krejcikova in the QFs and Siniakova in the final).
She then got to the RG and WImbledon singles semis before winning the junior US Open. All at 15.
She won the Oz juniors (with Canadian Zhao) and reached the RG semis and US Open semis in doubles that year as well.

Point: a ton of tennis very young.
The year before, at 14, she and Belinda Bencic reached the Wimbledon junior dubs final.
They beat Gavrilova/Svitolina in the semis, lost to Bouchard / Townsend in the final.
Here she is at the Australian Open in 2015. She was already inside the top 100.
She won the Nottingham WTA in June and ended the year inside the top 80.
By the 2017 Australian Open, (here with Barty), she'd just reached the Auckland final and was No. 36.
At Wimbledon 2017, she beat Cibulkova in the third round and lost to Venus W in the R16.
That put her at her career high of No. 20, at age 19.
Konjuh has played only three Slams since then - the last was Wimbledon 2018. And lost in the first round of each one.

It's tough out there - esp. for talented young kids who are sturdy at a young age.
