Just a warning in the run up to Christmas. My @jlandpartners order of expensive aftershave was stolen sometime before @Hermesparcels delivered the empty envelope this morning! Click & Collect might be the safer option for high value items?...
Reported this earlier to @jlandpartners thanks Gary M and they’re “investigating”.
Very disappointed to note that @Hermesparcels chat bot Holly just refers me back to John Lewis. Seems they’re uninterested that their logistics chain could have a thief in there?

It will be a week tomorrow since I first contacted you about my stolen order and I am still without this item. I am NOT a happy customer and would like to see an immediate solution to this issue please.
