SUSHANT DID NOT DIE OF ASPHYXIA!!!

First of all,let's be clear, I am not a doctor but let's just say that what I do requires proficiency in medical practices along with proficiency in a wide variety of other specialities/vocations.

We all saw the distressing images of Sushant lying lifeless on the bed.
The immediate cause of death was declared as suicide due to hanging.
We would have all believed that had it not been for the inconsistencies noted.

First of all...let's go through the external signs of asphyxia.

Please note none of these were seen except for a convenient report of seminal discharge by a certain doctor.

Now let's go through the internal signs of asphyxia.
Again...none of these were mentioned in the post mortem report.

Still his post mortem report declares cause of death as ASPHYXIA DUE TO HANGING.
Death is Unnatural and viscera preserved for chemical analysis.

Now let's see the ligature mark on his neck!

The ligature is not consistent with hanging...so we can rule out suicide.

But is it consistent with asphyxia?

NO!

The type of mark indicates that the material used was like a belt or something similar!

Now...let's consider this!

If a belt was used...in order to create that kind of bruising, it indicates a lot of pressure was applied.

BUT...if a great deal of pressure was applied, the ligature mark would leave a groove or furrow...which is absent on Sushant's neck!

The ligature mark looks only superficial...which is not consistent with the amount of discolouration!

Now, let's go back to the post mortem report..
It mentions that there was cello tape found on the ligature mark site!
Many may argue that cellotape is used during postmortem to pick up tiny particles, hair,residue,etc!
BUT that is never mentioned in the report.

He clearly mentions that there was tape on the neck.
AND the ligature mark was painted...when they washed the body, the marked disappeared!

MOST IMPORTANTLY HE MENTIONS NUMEROUS PUNCTURE HOLES ON THE NECK AND OTHER PLACES!!!

This man was heavily discredited as being :-
1. A paid actor.
2. Mortuary attendant paid to lie.
3. Mentally disturbed patient.
4. Fame seeker.

Why so many different ways of discrediting one man???

It shows they were really desperate to prove he was lying!!!

We can see them exitting with Su raj and Sur jeet.
The male members of the family did not go in!!!

My theory is that they were informed that the ligature mark has been washed away....and it would need to be reapplied?

Also, see RC's body language...doesn't look like someone who has just seen the love of her life lying dead,right?

So apparently she just stood there and said "Sorry Babu" which is one if the most ridiculous things to say especially as a last gesture to the one you love!

Why was there so much cloth wrapped around Sushant's neck???

Definitely not normal!
I have seen several Hindu cremation rituals and never have I seen the neck draped so thoroughly and meticulously!!!

Also, note that the neck section has been tied with rope...I have never seen a rope around a dead body's neck!
Why was it there?
To ensure the cloth doesn't get loose and to ensure no one sees that the ligature mark is no longer there???

Normally the rope is tied only to ensure that the body does not fall off the wooden stretcher that is used for the body's final journey.
At the crematorium, these ropes are untied before the body is put on the pyre.

But here we see that the ropes were never untied...why???

Because all the inconsistencies would become apparent to the family and everyone else present???

1. No ligature?
2. Injury marks...broken leg?
3. Puncture holes?
3. No post mortem sutures???

She clearly says she had seen a lot of blood all over the place...why will there be so much blood if he died of asphyxia???

So as per all this...my surmise is that he definitely did not die of asphyxia!!

AND if he did not die of asphyxia...then how can he die of "asphyxia due to hanging"???

SO THIS TOTALLY RULES OUT THE SUICIDE STORY THAT HE HAVE BEEN FED FROM 14TH JUNE!!!

Also read some more signs of asphyxia...almost none noted on SSR!
