Body language is as close as you can get to TELEPATHY.
But you must understand the idea of CONTEXT to be able to read natural , PRIMAL, INSTINCTIVE THOUGHTS.
When reading body language, context is always on the back of your mind.
With that said, let’s get examples going.

At a party, a man sitting with his legs crossed might seem seclusive or protective (negative). But he might also be comfortable that way (context). However, now he has his arm between the legs (negative/blocking sensitive parts; read: cock). Still not conclusive. But gud2note.
See, behaviors aren’t easily controlled and there are certain things that are just straight up impossible to stop from happening. Even if it’s for an instant like the eyes closing when hearing bad news. It’s there, you just have to be observant.
Moving forward, she asks him what he’s doing at work? His hand reaches for his brow, blocking his vision. From the primal mind, blocking the eyes (vision) was done as a defense mechanism to “hide”. This is done even at a young age. You just have to notice it. It’s ngtive behavr.
The brow touch is negative as well.
Combining all this, you can figure out he’s not secure in himself, particularly in his career. From not once speaking to him. And you haven’t assumed, because you’ve had a multitude of behaviors that checked out. The context fit.

This can be done with any thing. Even without them speaking. Generally, any body language involving the eyes is very true and consistent. Vision is one of our main ways of survival so we rely on it heavily.
Years of conditioning, it’s tough to control.

A girl walks by you down the street. You make eye contact. She looks down. Generally, that’s submissive. You can’t straight assume attraction, but something to note. But, as you get closer, she brushes her hair away on the side facing you.
This is a strong tell.
This is a strong tell.
This opens her vision for her to see you, and you to see her, as well as opens her neck which is a vulnerable spot. No need to speak a word. Attraction on her side is shown. Even if the girl didn’t notice, it’s done instinctively, they don’t even notice bc it’s so natural.
I see this with my boys’ girlfriends when their previous fling comes into the room (our friend group is expansive so random meetups happen); they fix their hair up, expose the neck, suprasternal notch(v senstve spot)look at their phone to see how they look, all as the guy enters.
But no one notices. There are many tells.
Such as the way a person’s feet point is arguably the most natural and authentic way to see someone’s true feelings and behaviors. But that’s more for a different time perhaps.

Remember, the context. Don’t be a sperg bc she made eye contact and fixed her hair on a windy day, where it’s flying all over her eyes (vision). You will get better and more in tuned with YOUR NATURAL INSTINCTS. You sync up with socializing cues.
