Before we go on, I want to remind you that in Jan /20, Trump Inc reclassified Customs and Border Protection Agency as a ‘security agency’, which shields them from certain FOIA disclosures. (Officer identities etc ) ICE was reclassified in the same manner in June. 2
Now, back to Barr’s Uber operations. Two big federally funded ‘law and order’ programs which overlap in the majority of cities targeted seems odd, no?
