I think the AB signing for the Bucs boils down to this (on-field): the Bucs (when healthy) have arguably the best WR room in the NFL.

Scotty Miller has looked awesome. Tyler Johnson has started to breakout. Evans, Godwin. And they are finally getting healthy.
Do they really need AB on offense? Do they need another weapon at WR? That hasn’t been my observation. When you weigh it against the potential negatives, that’s where I wonder. Has potential to be very fun, but I think Evans, Godwin, Miller and co. would also have been very fun
I worry less about AB turning the locker room on its’ head (this is usually just a half-baked narrative) and more about him not prioritizing the locker room above himself in a year that you HAVE to prioritize the locker room above yourself due to COVID protocols.
Ultimately I think the Bucs would have been good on offense and as a team without AB and I think they’ll be good with him.
