Ok, I have been making a lot of posts about yoga and meditation related topics, but let's talk recipes. We all have our favorite things to cook. Mine is Manicotti. My family recipe is to brown lil' sizzler breakfast sausages in a skillet and wrap them in sliced Mozzarella cheese.
Then boil the manicotti shells until they are soft, drain, and slide the cheese wrapped sausages inside the tubes. Pour some tomato sauce into the bottom of a glass baking pan and stir it around until the bottom is coated, and then line the filled tubes up in the pan.
Next, pour tomato sauce over the top of each tube until they are covered, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. Voila!!

With that being said, I am not sure how healthy that recipe actually is lol.
I am on a search for a delicious new Manicotti recipe that is healthier. Any suggestions?
