Okay so I’ve loved David Byrne since I saw him and St Vincent on The Colbert Report in 2012. After that, I basically had Love This Giant on repeat for a solid year and a half.

I’m browsing HBO Mac and I see his Broadway show, American Utopia is on. I’m watching it and the the song “Lazy” comes on.
“Hold up.” I say. “I know this song. Did David sing this or is this a cover?”

A quick Google search and I find the original video and lo and behold, I see “ft David Byrne”

The reason why this is crazy to me is because back in 2002 I had this Top of The Pops (a British music chart show, kinda like TRL) compilation album that had Lazy on it and it was my favorite song.
So basically I’ve loved David Byrne since 2002 and didn’t even know it
