Owen's was painful because it reminded me so much of my personal problems and i connected with Owen's feelings rlly hard but i think the one that made me feel like my heart broke into a million little pieces was bradley's

i love sanbaka so much they're such endearing characters. they were treated as soulless people but they didn't even have words to describe a feeling they had been feeling because they didn't know any other: sadness, emptiness, loneliness

because those were their default emotions they couldn't quite give them a name. bradley learnt how free he was when he got in prison and also realized in etude how value is actually something subjective. mithra and owen are simply too old to even bear with realizing there's +

+ actually "something better than how i was before",, they both matched outfits with others for the first time in main story, they lived with someone else starting from that year, that's why they cause so much trouble

but they're great characters, i love how there's some point in which in their location stories they just gaze at something they appreciated lots and that gave them lots of memories. yet they're so emotionally strong they're able to let them go with a smile

i cannot stress how strong owen is to me, bc even if he felt what the other two felt, he was also rejected and tortured to a condition he grew to believe in. and even after the world fucked him up in literally Every Way Possible he is still able to appreciate people and see +

+ kindness in others, even if it's in things as brutality. i wouldve never expected someone this tortured by life to think mithra is somehow kind just because he klls his victims in a single shot instead of making them suffer

the way owen is still able to enjoy how bright sunset is, and just how he perceives the outer world sensorially as to not know names for things but being able to describe them to perfection with details about how they Feel to him, and also have opinions on his own, well and +

+ merely overall existing . he did get tired of living etc but he's also enjoying things more little by little — even music, and that personally makes me so happy

mithra, he's just a lost child, he's lonely, he cannot fathom losing people that were part of his routine. even oz, he cannot bring himself to make him disappear because he has had enough with only chiletta — maybe he feels like big part of who he is is contained in others

as if he kept losing people close to him, he wouldn't know who he is anymore
that's also why he cannot get over her passing away — he felt chiletta so close to himself as if she was a part of him. mithra shares his life and personality with others in a rlly endearing way

bradley is just full of surprises he makes me feel so many things as someone who has always wanted to be admired and respected by others, i want to be able to lead people and at the same time be admired by them, even though bradley is a Big Bastard he has always been a good guy

i always call him a "good guy" but im 100% sure theres no other two words that can define him better, he's just chill, but he's also an explosion and he's a lot to take in but you can still see how he struggles and is able to understand others quickly
