normie friends decided to stream new borat movie and it’s honestly a transcendent piece of art for the age. entire thing is unintentional self-parody of prog worldview. just endless paranoia, unearned condescension, and thinly suppressed rage.
literally whole plot is that borat needs to deliver a gift to trump so that he will recognize kazakhstan as a fellow corrupt dictatorship. they created fake disney animations about melania getting married to trump for his money complete with “lol small benis xd”
pretense of documentary is still there despite everything being obviously scripted. jokes rely on audience suspending disbelief that they aren’t just watching actors play out crude shitlib fantasy of nazi drumpf supporters
brilliant part is that because everyone is an actor, the only documentary-style insight is psychology of the producers themselves. you get to see how they unironically see the world around them. nazi cakeshop owners writing out “jews will not replace us” in icing. very revealing
