There were TWO MAJOR public policy decisions made by Governors that have had the most short and long term impacts on COVID deaths, and our society functioning: Cramming elderly people together and keeping kids apart.

The overwhelming amount of scientific data proves these two decisions were exactly the *wrong thing* to do, leading to tens of thousands of unnecessary elderly deaths, and the crippling of young people’s mental and physical health.

Here’s the irony: the science always suggested these policy choices were bad... going back to March. I ranted about both these decisions being disastrous from the very beginning.

But... “Orange Man Bad!” is all many people can seem to come up with.
