ya'll want Black folks to speak clearly & make no mistakes. But ya'll can constantly twist our words and assume a threat violence where there is none. But when white folks make mistakes, with greater impact, ya'll want us to be patient. To call them in & to offer forgiveness.

it's white supremacy plain and simple. We see over and over again who you prioritize and who you protect. We see over and over again who you grant forgiveness and who you condemn. You can call it petty social media squabbling and attempt to minimize it all you want.

But the racism that me & my fellow Black folks endure on this damned bird app in "leftist" circles is disgusting, exhausting, and dehumanizing. & I have no doubt in my mind that my darker comrades have to deal with colorism on top of that.

I have no new solutions for you. We've told you them many times. Some of you are working on becoming anti racist. Most of you arent. It is what it is. I'm not one to offer compassion to racists & I don't ever intend to. Feel how you feel. Follow or don't. I'm not gonna be silent.
