Today a LOT of outlets are running pieces on whether BIden committed a gaffe. Whether Trump will suddenly come roarin' back because Biden mentioned a transition off oil.

I have news for y'all. This is the mindless space filler needed when the media needs to generate content in a race that is in good shape for Biden.

I demand accountability. I demand a WaPo post-election headline: "How politically brilliant were Biden’s comments about closing down the oil industry?"

Because right now the media is showing its bias for the status quo, for the right wing frame on an oil-centric world. I demand, simply, that credit be given if (when) Biden wins in the same quantity.

otherwise, stop with the scary stories about a Biden gaffe. It wasn't a gaffe. And it's time to face the facts. Oil and gas are going the way coal went. And the American public knows it.
