Tonight @ntvuganda reported heartbreaking story of a woman raped by policeman enforcing curfew. He asked for money which she didn't have. She asked to be taken to station and relatives would bring Money.He raped her instead. @PoliceUg what level of impunity is this?

Instead of strong action we se @PoliceUg trying to cover up and discredit this woman who bravely came forward and took steps to document incl rape kit& identified perpetrator. @AKasingye

When she tried to resist rape, he told her if she screamed, he would call colleagues to come take turns. @PoliceUg how many more women does this happen to?
