SARS is a unit of Nigerian police who are attacking innocent civilians that theyre supposed to protect. the unit was created to fight against criminals but it has become extremely corrupt and violent towards innocent and peaceful civilians
they use practices of torture, capturing these civilians and holding them captive for long amounts of time, shooting at peaceful protesters, and more.
theres not much you can do with petitions, although signing the ones below may be helpful. overall, just spread the word and use your voice. many cities have protests going on as well. if you would like to donate, make sure it is a reputable source first.
