@BetoORourke @JoaquinCastrotx @JulianCastro I applied through the state website in late August and never received it so I called Bexar County in early October and was told they never received my application - I had to mail a new one that weekend
@BetoORourke @JoaquinCastrotx @JulianCastro My application took over a week to accept and was just now sent to me - but given that it’s Friday it’s unlikely to arrive tomorrow, meaning if I’m lucky I can get it Monday, 8 days before the election
@BetoORourke @JoaquinCastrotx @JulianCastro in the meantime my family has suffered a huge tragedy due to COVID and the one thing I’m supposed to be able to do to help others avoid this sadness, I can’t because of the state’s voter suppression

@BetoORourke @JulianCastro @JoaquinCastrotx @texasfightnow @AOC @ExpressNews it’s now 9:30 am Saturday morning, and no ballot. I’m checking again later today, but conceivably don’t see how my vote will get in now if I don’t receive it this afternoon
@BexarCounty @BexarElections Read this thread. I’ve now gotten confirmation that a friend of mine, also from Bexar County, had her application lost or not processed. Your young voters are being punished for going to college out of state
