Big federal charges this morning. Ivan Hunter, a 26 yo member of the far-right Boogaloo Bois, is charged with shooting up Minneapolis' third precinct (which he helped set on fire) and screaming "Justice for Floyd!" during Mpls unrest. Full story tk
This was part of a coordinated attack from Boogaloos in Mpls that week, apparently to ramp up violence. Hunter told friends to "go for police buildings."
One revelation from the complaint is that Hunter was in communication w/ fellow Boogaloo Steve Carillo the night the Minneapolis precinct burned. A few hours before this exchange, Carillo killed a police officer in CA, according to charges there.
A few days after the riots in Mpls, police in Austin, TX saw Hunter and 2 armes men climb into a truck outside protests there. They found AK-47s, AR-15s in car, and Hunter wore loaded mags on his vest. They let them go and Hunter, for some reason, told them this:

This isn't the first rioter to be charged after bragging about their participation on Facebook.
