"Federal agents reviewed a video taken on the night of May 28, 2020, that shows an individual, later identified as HUNTER, discharged 13 rounds from an AK-47 style semiautomatic rifle into the Minneapolis Police Department’s Third Precinct building."
"federal agents became aware of HUNTER’s online affiliation with Boogaloo Bois member Steven Carrillo, who has been charged in the Northern District of California with the May 29, 2020, murder of a Federal Protective Service Officer in Oakland, California."
So, a Boog from Texas traveled to Minnesota to shoot up a police headquarters, and and had networked online with a cop-killer Boog in California.
It is this particular network, this faction of the Boogaloo movement, that has produced most if not all of the 2020 Boog cases. While several researchers seem laser-focused on the Telegram/white supremacist faction, it's the Facebook network that's produced the arrests/deaths.
Ryan Teeter is the Boog who was later arrested for attempting to provide material support to Hamas.
Solomon is Teeter's codefendant in that case.
Steven Carrillo is the CA Boog that shot two feds and two cops, killing one of each.
This convo between Carrillo and Hunter took place four hours after Carrillo shot his first two victims, federal officers in Oakland, killing one.
The money ask.
Motives are fairly explicitly spelled out in the document.
There's a cooperating witness (someone who testifies in exchange for a lesser sentence,) and a paid informant.
Bottom line, this story is bigger than "Boog got arrested for rioting."
