@jet2tweets denied me from boarding my flight today from STN -> FNC. Their reason: "the IATA passport, visa & health results state that you are ineligible to enter Portugal with your current passport and UK residence permit".
Four separate agents were unable to provide any meaningful help while at the airport. The "best" answer I was given was a business card with a phone number handwritten on the back and was told to phone customer service for assistance.
...except that when you phone the number, it's nearly impossible to get through to someone! After several disconnections and waiting in queues, when I finally did reach a person the only help they were able to provide was "please email us so that there is a paper trail."
Wow, @jet2tweets. How helpful for travellers trying to resolve a major issue that was YOUR mistake. Hope I hear back from you within a month.
I am an experienced and diligent traveller and never expected to have such a poor experience. Why is no one available to help me?
