A few thoughts: this is an excellent blog that crystallizes some of the privacy risks involved. Noting that smart glasses could turn us into “Little Brother” is provocative!

Their letter to Nintendo is interesting. My inclination is Mario Kart Live actually doesn’t do very sophisticated mapping and whatever telemetry Nintendo is getting is limited, but...game companies probably should be doing transparency reports:
