Now that the local Covid alert level for Manchester is Very High we want you all to be able to stay active safely.
Here's what you can and can't do

Our leisure centres, gyms and pools are all Covid secure locations so will remain open to all

Organised activity classes such as yoga are still allowed indoors providing they continue to adhere to social distancing guidance and you can avoid mixing as a household (or support bubble)

Adult group activities, such as football, basketball, netball, where mixing of more than six people from different households can’t be achieved are not allowed

Social interaction before and after any sport or exercise should be limited to people from the same household or support bubble

Disability sport, sport for educational purposes and supervised sport and physical activity for under 18s can still take place
