Again—we’re in this situation b/c our nation refuses to prioritize public health despite having resources & forewarning to prevent catastrophe. We’re allowing 400K+ ppl to die by early 2021 instead of providing needed housing, healthcare & $ just to preserve a class structure.

I’ve been saying this since March and my assessment remains the same, that many people are still not grasping the magnitude of this catastrophe and that we’re still in the early stages of it.

We don’t bounce back from this quickly, if we ever fully recover at all. This is a history-altering event with unfolding consequences we can only predict at this point.
