A #CPC's propaganda partner @globeandmail is running a laughable article trying to modernize a leader & his party. They seem to think if you use the words “...thoroughly modern Conservative strategy.” that somehow it will become that, in this case, a thoroughly modern fantasy.

If they're saying he's a leader who uses pat old time sloganeering like “Take Back Canada.” and “I'm a handyman, not a poster boy for sloganeering like the other guy.” while using scare memes and scare meme colours is a thoroughly modern Conservative strategy,
