2) PCR tests CANNOT detect infection & are not licensed for the purpose. Anyone using a PCR test to detect infection, & any person compelling another to undergo a PCR test, is committing FRAUD. Using PCR tests to obtain DNA under the pretense of determining an infection is FRAUD
