@ArmenS_Papikyan: Azerbaijan violates the humanitarian truce and refuses to comply with one of unwritten rules of any war and international humanitarian law – exchange of bodies and prisoners of war, including through good offices of @ICRC. There are several reasons for that. 1/3

1st: large number of casualties among Azerbaijani troops left on battlefield. Our estimates - close to 7K. Arm experts identified 937 Azerbaijani soldiers killed in action. Azerbaijan don't release data on its military casualties, probably fearing the outrage of its society. 2/3

2nd reason for the exclusion of #ICRC is closely linked with involvement of foreign terrorist fighters and jihadists in the battles. Azerbaijan does not need any international presence on ground lest the involvement of terrorists may be further revealed and registered. 3/3
