Everyone cannot form one political party. One political party is essentially a tyranny because many will still be oppressed. What we need to do is adopt the attitude of demanding accountability from everyone in leadership. Start from your local govt. Participate.

Folks need to know they cannot get into office and just do whatever they like. That era has passed.
Your legislators, call them and ask them what they are doing. Let them be on notice that people are watching. That’s how you erase bad governance not by forming a political party.

New political parties have been formed many times in our history and yet here we are.
Folks in governance do not feel accountable. That’s the main problem.

I don’t want to see one political party. I want to see several. We need more people holding folks in office accountable. More people going to vote. New faces running for electoral office and participating in governance. Everyone being aware that it is no longer business as usual
