Hard not to feel a lump in your throat looking at @MarcusRashford’s Twitter feed. All those pins, beacons of hope, dotted over the country. It’s quite something when you feel more confidence in a 22-year old footballer to look after the nation’s children than the government.
Another reminder that it’s incredibly easy to set up a monthly direct debit to the charities above. I realise this shouldn’t come down to individual giving but if everyone who liked this tweet (at time of typing) paid just £5, that would be more than £26,000 to feed children
Fare Share says £1 provides four meals for children in need, which sounds incredibly efficient.
