For those joining us on 30th October for a 4 days adventure to the North, this thread gives you brief highlights of what to expect......
We still have 5 spaces remaining for this trip

First stop is Nanyuki equator line!
Here, they explain to you what happens in North and South hemispheres as you take pictures. Later we proceed to Nanyuki town for some shopping

Apart from Isiolo and archer& #39;s post for lunch, the next major stop is mt Ololokwe!
You cannot go to the North and fail to stop here...
This mountain gives a picturesque background!

After a smooth ride through Laisamis to Marsabit town, This lake in Marsabit National park lies in waiting!

There is a lodge here that is not operational, but @kwskenya has invited interested investors to apply for lease.

Then there is Bakuri dam, still in Marsabit National park. The county pumps water to residents of marsabit town& #39;s taps from here.
You will love to see a man made waterfall here....

Lake Paradise seals the cup!
Normally has much more water on rainy season.
It also has a view point where you can see the entire lake including animals such as elephants, buffalos and zebras drinking water or grazing.

Immediately after Marsabit Town, there is this crater called Gof Choba!
The wind here can generate electricity for the entire country! A very beautiful sight to behold...

These camels decided to block the road for us!

Our guide had to literally chase them out of the road on foot....
