1) When I was on drug court, I had a curfew of 8pm and police officers could show up at any time in the middle of the night. If you weren’t there, or were asleep & didn’t answer the door = automatic jail time.

2) I had an ankle bracelet that measured my sweat for alcohol use.

3) I had to show up to the court 3 times a week to take Antabuse & drug tests.

4) They took my drivers license & then when they did give it back, I had to have an interlock installed in my car.

5) Had to show up to groups, probation officer appointments, etc. multiple times/wk

6) Had to physical show up to a court hearing setting once a week in front of all other participants in which we were publicly shamed & humiliated in front of each other, at times them even bringing up our social media accounts on projector screens

7) Had to have a job, but all the things they made you do made keeping a job impossible. If you lost the job, you’d likely end up in jail.
