@DrewMcWeeny has always had excellent sources so if he says NO TIME TO DIE is being shopped, I believe him. However, its not as simple as other studio deals with streamers. MGM doesn't own the title outright so Eon would have to be on board. /1

They only have rights in North America, so the value for a streamer - especially Netflix and Apple (who tried to acquire this film years ago) are involved - is less than a title available for the world /2

MGM has promised this title to Epix, who they own. There's been a lot of speculation they will take the title from Epix and sell those rights (pay TV). The problem there is Epix hasnt been able to deliver many titles this year to their output partners (Hulu & Amazon) /3

There's a lot that needs to align for a sale to a streamer, especially if they can just sell the streaming rights/pay TV rights. I'm very curious how this will play out. /end
