There's a phenomenon physicists call "collapse of the wave". An enormous number of particles are out there dancing and they don't solidify until someone observes them. You observing them makes them appear solid, real, material.

Everything is just energy and probabilities. Do you remember in Disney's Snow White when she's lying on the forest floor crying? She feels as there are many eyes staring at her. And indeed, they are.

But the moment she raises her head, all the animals hide behind the trees and all she sees is an empty forest.

What I'm trying to say is that the observer creates his or her own reality. You have the power to create your own reality
