What I wish @JoeBiden would have said in response to trump saying "we have to open the schools. we're opening the schools":
"Donald, have you ever had to bury a child? No? Ok. Well I've buried two, and it was out of my control. There was nothing I could do to prevent it. (cont'd)
There was nothing anyone could do to make it so that I didn't have to bury my children. There is absolutely no way, NO WAY I can ask parents to willingly put their children in a situation that could possibly result in having to bury them. I know that pain intimately. (cont'd)
As America's President, it would be reprehensible, and I would not deserve to lead you after essentially telling you that your children's lives don't matter. I know they do. My children's lives mattered. I couldn't save them. (cont'd)
But I can do everything within my power to save yours. And the top thing I can do is not open our schools."

And then gone into the science of it all. But I really wish he would have gone straight to the heart on that one. (cont'd)
There is no way trump could have said anything to that. And if he did, he'd be a fool.
