Strongly Disagree with the last sentence:

1. This is laissez faire. This is giving up. How does one just sit around with their head up in the clouds singing "cay sera sera" while there is still opportunity? While there is still hope? I mean hands and feet right?

2. And who said it had to be "gradual"? Look at Nineveh's turnaround. There is time to change this globe!

3. This is "putting God in a box" if I ever saw it. You have at least several quotes that entirely contradict. And "nothing is impossible..." remember?!

I really am a big fan! Your "Living Beyond Yourself" was huge in my life!! But as I dusted off "Daniel" recently, I was very discouraged to see this as you can probably make out from this thread. I would love to hear if your position has changed at all re: that last sentence.
