basics ·˚ ༘♡ ·˚
♡avoid binges and takeout
♡only water, tea and coffee
♡smaller portions
♡replace candy with frozen fruit
♡never skip breakfast
♡lemon water on mornings/after lunch
♡teaspoon of honey before bed
♡600 calories max.
(i dont fast too long bc strict parents)
exercise ·˚ ༘♡ ·˚
im active at least 30 minutes a day and i walk around my room daydreaming for like 3 hours so,,, im starting to be more active like learning 1 girl group song a day or 5 minute workouts
this might be considered unhealthy and not safe to do,, i only did this for me but if you want to follow it be careful :(
