NOTE : im tweeting this as a reminder for myself hence why it may not make sense & it gets sorta repetitive, but plz feel free to read anyway!!
every 3kgs you lose, you can see a difference- but the same applies with gaining weight. u will gain weight EVERY time you binge.
all this sugar will make ur skin ugly... ur body is already bad enough alone.
you want to be the skinny friend! u want people to look up to you for how skinny and pretty your body is. but right now what do people do? they smile knowing that they’re not as fat as you.
you’re single because you’re fat. you keep saying u want a gf? if u binge it’s self sabotage at this point
people notice you’re gaining weight, everyone sees it and they can practically smell it too. your friends are embarrassed walking with you.
ur fat. literally when was the last time someone complemented you on your body. have u ever been told ‘body goals’? no.
if you do end up eating, record it. do you see how FAT you look? do you look like you deserve that food? because you don’t. stop tricking yourself into thinking that you deserve it because you don’t. at all.
