Alexander Hillel Treisman, 19 —alias Alexander S. Theiss — is originally from Washington state.

He was arrested at the end of May after investigators found an abandoned van at a Kannapolis, NC bank with an AR-15 style rifle, a handgun, ammunition and explosive materials
Employees at the Fifth Third Bank on South Main Street had asked the Kannapolis Police Department to tow the van, and investigators later searched the vehicle.
Officials said Treisman showed up in a car at the bank looking for the van and was taken into custody.

Investigators said they searched his electronic devices and accounts, including social media sites and gaming platforms.

The order said a search of the van found
—approximately $509,000 of U.S. currency (believed to be inheritance)
—books (survival, bomb making, improvised weapons, Islam)
—drawing of swastikas & planes crashing into buildings
A search of car revealed
additional guns and three driver’s licenses in Treisman’s wallet, including from California, Florida and Washington, according to the documents.
The order said agents also discovered he had purchased the various weapons in states across the country, including Washington, Kansas, New Hampshire and West Virginia.
The order said agents found child pornography on eight different electronic devices, along with other pictures and posts related to plans and ideas for possible terrorist acts

The documents say Treisman bought an AR-15 in New Hampshire and traveled “to a Wendy’s within 4 miles of Joe Biden’s home.” He also wrote “a checklist note ending with ‘execute,’” according to the documents.
The order said agents also found a picture of a rental agreement for an apartment in Canada and emails from Treisman to a Canadian immigration lawyer about moving to the country.

oh that’s nice
his mother told him to jump bail
lawyer for Treisman asked an agent if he was aware that Treisman had been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome.

The court filing said agents asked Treisman if he had any mental health conditions and they were told he did not.
Given the evidence, the judge ruled, the “that no combination of available release conditions would reasonably assure the safety of the community, and that a preponderance of evidence establishes that no conditions would ensure Defendant’s presence in court.”
Treisman is only facing child pornography-related charges

Treisman has not been charged with any crime related to his possession of the guns or other evidence the agents found.
