Whenever I use the photo on the upper right I link the before and after photos, because without seeing them, no one believes it's not real.
This thread has become popular in Brazil (...!?) mostly in defense of the model on the left.

I didn't say the model on the left was ugly, only overtly artificial. Some like that; I personally prefer that the hallmarks of artificiality be more concealed.
