There's one subreddit that's been growing worryingly fast as of late and I'm starting to see the subculture bleed into the twittersphere.

So people may have seen this legendary cope of a woman whinging about how egirls are cute and how this is offensive to her.

This is a common derogatory term for men in the subreddit Female Dating Strategy

So what is Female Dating Strategy?

Well it claims to be the "only dating subreddit exclusively for women" and talks about how women need more control over their dating lives.

In reality, it's basically Roosh V tier redpill but for women

It has very high demands for new users, with its own handbook that, if you post things contradictory to it, you're at risk of being banned.

They have a very familiar mix of performative girlboss feminism for women with harsh, restrictive traditional gender roles for men.

Lots of talk about "male nature" and categorising men and women into "high value" and "low value"

They openly advocate using sex as a bargaining tool to manipulate men into committing to a relationship, and argue that men should be financially supporting women and should "take care" of them

The sub is plastered with SWERF posts and weird, creepy anti-sex stuff.

There's a lot of red text showing up on Shinigami Eyes, which means some of these individuals are likely TERFs too, which wouldn't be at all surprising.

Lots of posts intended to sap women's self-esteem in an attempt to sell them on the ideology.

The distinctive fact that differs this from most male-oriented pickup artistry is that due to it being aimed at women, they explicitly advocate wildly unrealistic standards for men

This is different to most male dating advice that argues using less attractive women as "practice"

This is due to one difference: they're women.

Most guys who struggle with women just want *a* woman to like them.

However, these women are open about having options, only struggling to get men that are "good enough"

Basically a lot of this strategy is actually super harmful.

Most of the advice is intended to scare off "low value men" but in reality it just makes them uncomfortable to be around.
What type of man *is* going to stick around? One who's only interested using her.
