I know life can get you down at times.

And it won’t completely heal

For a while you’ll be numb, cold and you’ll feel worthless

But you have something to live for

I suffer from, Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) I don’t like it I deal with it

Some Nights I won’t sleep

I probably won’t tonight

But I know that if I weren’t here my Mom would be devastated.
