It is also great to see the use of participatory games, like "Before the Storm" to facilitate discussion on the use of forecasts and the link to early action.
In sum, priorities in improving climate services including maintaining a close relationship between the hydromet service and the DRR, hydropower, agriculture sectors, in order to develop and issue forecasts that give specific information about potential impacts.
The section on "forecast use" is vague. It would be good to do follow-up research on what decisions are actually taken differently because of forecasts, and whether this corresponds to the forecast skill.
