Sigh.

I've tried to ignore the fact that Ubi is only selling this game via the setting and Viking fantasy. But it's become quite clear that Ubisoft is totally okay with FUNDAMENTALLY changing of what players should expect from an Assassin's Creed game.

This makes it even harder for devs to return to more AC oriented aspects in the future, as titles are now being sold on a total different idea and promise. This is more than just "selling the game", this is changing the identity of this franchise entirely.

I don't begrudge them trying to make this is as financially successful as possible but I'll selfishly lament the loss of my favorite franchise.

Ya sold out Ubi.
