Reported this out after a tip from the incomparable @MikeWiseguy with further tips (and photos!) from @tlsandys. And got to interview Mara C., who plays accordion in puppet shows AND is a history whiz who reviewed 100,000 property records in search of systemic racism.

I was like, "Mara, there's no way there's a racist covenant at my house, I live in D.C." And she was like: "No, there probably is." And then she looked it up and showed it to me and I was like: "That's really bad!"
