Yesterday, I had to delete my tweet about how my analysis of this alleged #LekkiMassacre video shows that the audio and the gunfire sparks were doctored, because I didn’t want to come across as insensitive.

Today, I make bold to say again, a lot about this video doesn’t add up.
My point is no about whether people were killed at Lekki or not, but about this particular video.

The audio mix of the crowd noise and the gun cocking aren’t natural.

The sound of gunshots and the sparks ⚡️ of gunfire don’t match in some segments of the video.

The sparks ⚡️ of gunfire don’t seem natural. That is not what gunfire looks like. Those sparks look like what you can create in after effects for a low budget movie.

The person recording was a distance from the crowd but it sounds like he’s in their midst.

Think people!
At 10 seconds into the video, a spark ⚡️ of gunfire is displayed without an accompanying gunshot sound. Explain that.

You people should trace the first person who shared that video and ask the person some serious questions.

Like I said, I’m not by this saying protesters weren’t fired at. I have friends who were there who escaped with their life. I could have been there at Lekki that night. I am pained and I have joined people of good conscience to condemn the #LekkiMassacre2020.
