Fear into the youths and make them quiver just like most of us are doing now. Know this, that speech was prepared before the lekki massacre, it takes them days of recording just to get a speech worthy enough to to dish out to the public. That’s not how the real buhari operates.,

Tampering or Preparing another speech means it’ll take more days before they can get the speech ready for the public.
There is no president in this country right now & The north is covering it so bad. No one takes order from Asorock that much anymore hence the police adamancy
