Which, as far as I can tell, is a cut'n'paste job that makes no mention of the "Ask A&E" service - something @uhbtrust must attend to, if it intends lawful compliance with #GDPR / #DPA18...

...and which begs further questions - presuming these conditions apply - about (a) WHEN "explicit #consent" is sought for @babylonhealth to use your data to train its " #AI", (b) if such consent could EVER be considered valid in an #emergency situation, and (c) whether...

...all of the patients served by @uhbtrust & @RWT_NHS are aware that their data - including those parts of their medical records passed to @babylonhealth - COULD be used in that way? (Which speaks again to #lawful, #fair and #transparent processing.)
