In my 10/09/20 letter to @mhclg on the #leaseholder, #cladding and #firesafety crisis I set out a number of urgent actions the Govt should take. In their response they failed to meaningfully engage with these, often passing off responsibility elsewhere. This isn't good enough 2/4

The letter from @mhclg is also a poorly drafted template response. You'll see on the 2nd page a paragraph is repeated twice. I raised these serious issue on behalf of all impacted #leaseholders I represent in #London and both they and I expect more... 3/4

Despite the Govt's failure to take action both I & the @LondonLibDems will continue to support the #EndOurCladdingScandal campaign. As we've seen recently with other issues, this Govt's hands off approach is destroying lives. They must pull their heads from the sand & act now 4/4
