Just like we know what we want our body to look like, it becomes equally important during this time to know what we want our mind to feel like to be productive at whatever we do. Own a gym for your mind. That’s okay if you are stressed what matters is what you do to feel better.

When I talk about FPL, it is all about Fantasy and treat it as one. One can never be a perfectionist and especially when we are playing such an understanding unpredictable game

A game, where >500 players are there and your 15 players can’t always play well and why to expect them to, everyone has a bad day.

Just learn and unlearn methods so you perform better next time, rather than letting it affect your personal life. Bad weeks doesn’t mean you play bad, it simply means you or your players were not having a stable and lucky day. This doesn’t make you a bad player.

Stop juggling between tasks, do one thing that is needed right now, like this week just turn off your social media, enjoy being yourself. Come back next week, log in and choose what you wish. Don’t lose yourself in this journey of FPL.

Don’t feel bad that your 6 players didn't play well, rather be grateful that your 5 players played so well. Gratitude is such a great gift, try finding one. Enjoyment is a primary thing, wining should be secondary.

Just, for instance, FPL Scouts like FPL general, Lateriser, FPLFamily, Ben, and many more, who didn't win, but their consistent performance and never giving up attitude is what makes them stand out and i.e why they are sharing their opinions to make you feel calm not worry more.

Unwind yourself this week. Get yourself away from these 70 lakhs people who are playing this game! It will help you find space in life. Choose learning and enlightenment over winning this time.

When after this week you come back with all energy trust me, you will have more transformational wisdom and you will perform better this time
