Let me say this with my chest.

ATT black customers, when you have been referred to see someone at a dealership or you want to deal with someone that looks like you, it’s not a crime when approached by someone else to say, No I’m here to see that guy, It’s nothing racial. Ishoni!
A lot of you want to deal with “us” but feel you’re being rude or uncanny to the one that has approached you or grabbed you at the door. It’s a preferential thing, other ethnicities do it too whereby when I approach they ask to deal with their preferred salesman, normalize this
Also think it’s a culture “barrier” we as black people are accommodative and we suppress what we truly want for UBUNTU sake. You are allowed and it’s within your right to speak your own language, to seek help from your own people and to also deal with whomever you want, that’s
Your prerogative. I say this because when you speak to us on the showroom, you do say, “ Ey kodwa bengifuna owakithi” as if you were forced. Let me also be self critical. Black sales people have a tendency of looking down on black customers too in result what I’ve just eluded to
Above happens, so I do realize that sometimes your own people will give you the worse off deals.

In closing, walk in customers should all be treated with respect and dignity and every sales person should jump to help. It’s a very complexed situation.

Happy car shopping ✌🏼
